WORKSHOP RECAP

This is the first event that United Vision held at our Da Nang showroom! Many customers arrive very early so as not to miss any part of the class.

The workshop had 3 sessions and all of them were attended by many attendees

Our customers had the opportunity to meet and listen to interesting sharing from Chef Daniel - Founder of Paris Gatô HCM. Chef Daniel is experienced in the process of making French-standard sandwiches. Through this workshop, a lot of useful tips, interesting information... were shared.

Like the name of the workshop - "04 Types Brioche", the menu includes 4 types of cakes including: Brioche Cassis, Brioche Vanille/ Caramel, Brioche 100% chocolate, Brioche nanterre.

From selecting ingredients, craft techniques, machinery technology to decorating finished products... Every step of the process must be paid attention so we can get the perfect achievement.

Menu of 04 types of Brioche, during the workshop, Chef Daniel giving valuable tips, detailed instructions on how to make it… Using modern technology from specialized equipment available at United Vision Da Nang showroom: UNOX Bakertop oven, TEDDY Varimixer dough mixer, COLDLINE retarder provers, SKIPIO freezer, PAVONI baking equipment... 

At the workshop, chef Daniel shows that the use of specialized equipment greatly affects the baking process, especially when producing in large quantities. Not only do they save time and effort, they also ensure better results for all batches of baked goods.

Using specialized equipment for the bakery industry plays an important role in creating quality cakes

All 4 batches of Brioche have excellent results. The bread is fragrant and has an eye-catching golden appearance. In particular, even though many cakes are baked at once, all the cakes in the same batch have surprisingly uniform quality. And most of all, the 4 types of cakes taught in the workshop do not have different appearances. Each type of cake has a special flavor, creating a clear confusion.

Attendees were served to taste all four types of brioche at the end of the workshop. Attesting to the work, the baked goods are not only beautiful but also extremely delicious. Our taste for clarity certainly contributed to creating those symbols in the hearts of participants at this United Vision conference.

All 03 workshops, United Vision and chef Daniel were really happy with the love that received from the participating customers. This is also the first event we organized in Da Nang.
