Frozen Dessert Demonstration with chef Otto Tay at United Vision

After arriving in Vietnam, chef Otto Tay joined with the United Vision team to prepare for demo classes. We carefully prepared to be able to welcome customers in the best way.

This event is a collaboration between United Vision and the specialized gelato machine brand CARPIGIANI. It is impossible not to mention the companionship of DEBIC Vietnam as a sponsor of quality milk products, whipping cream, butter…

Preparation process before the event

After two days of the announcement post, United Vision quickly received registration from a large number of customers who are currently interested in and working in the bakery industry. This is a rare opportunity that we want our customers to meet, discuss, and learn from the expert - Chef Otto Tay.

At many places in the world, frozen desserts are popular and loved by many people. Coming to Vietnam and appearing at United Vision's Frozen Dessert Demonstration, chef Otto Tay wants to share about the process of making 02 dishes: Chocolate Topaz and Chrysanthemum Mango Mille Feuille.

Because these are new dishes, throughout the demonstration, a lot of interesting and new knowledge was shared by Chef Otto Tay. With the help from specialized equipment such as: UNOX convection oven, CARPIGIANI gelato maker, COLDLINE blast freezer, ROBOT COUPE hand blender... the process of making Frozen dessert is becoming more easily.
