Croissant is a kind of Viennoiserie that is very familiar. In the past few years, when the cake & cafe shop model has become more and more popular in Vietnam, croissants have become a familiar cake for many people, especially young people.
When you come to this workshop, United Vision and chef Hang shared in detail the whole process of making this extremely viral cake. We hope that after the workshop, more people will be able to conquer the thousand-layer Croissant with its crispy, spongy, golden texture... the inside of the cake has a fragrant buttermilk flavor. When we cut, the structure of the cake surface with air holes looks like a beautiful honeycomb.
