Chef Gérald Maridet at our workshop

At the workshop, the participants not only shared the recipe but were also guided through the process of making cakes. Chef Gerald Maridet is also extremely dedicated when exchanging and giving advice and baking tips drawn from his experience. Chef also encourages everyone to practice, thereby creating an extremely comfortable and dynamic classroom atmosphere.

Inspired by Chef Gérald Maridet, we focus on both the quality and flavor of the cake as well. So that customers can be extremely impressed with cake when they try it. Along with that, don't forget to invest in the appearance of the cake to make a perfect cake!

To make all 5 cakes at the workshop, chef Gérald Maridet selected cocoa butter products and premium Belgian chocolate from the Veliche Gourmet. Along with that, Chef Gérald prefer using modern equipments to get the better support for the baking process: TEDDY Varimixer dough mixer; blast freezer of COLDLINE; SKIPIO freezer; MENUMASTER commercial microwave oven; ROBOT COUPE hand blender; UNOX combi oven; SALVA modular oven... With the good equipment, good ingredients mean the chef has everything to serve customers the best flavor of cake.
