Coming to our workshop, you will have the opportunity to interact with Chef Masia, listen to his sharing, as well as watch the whole detailed demo of gelato making step by step.

 

In particular, Chef Masia will reveal to you the recipes of unique and attractive ice cream dishes such as: Fior di latte gelato, Vanilla ginger lemongrass Sorbet, Salty tomato flavored Sorbet, Pistachio Gelato, Rum & raisin flavor.

Information of “Learn To Make Gelato From Scratch” workshop will be held at United Vision with chef Alessandro Masia

The workshop is an opportunity for customers who are working (intending to do business) gelato. You can learn and answer all questions surrounding making a batch of quality gelato that help to increase productivity as well as achieving efficiency at your business.

Chef Masia - The Gelato Master at Gelato Carpigiani University will stay with us to share all the interesting tips & tricks. He will give helpful knowledge about gelato for you to apply to your business.

During the workshop, chef Masia shared with the attendees the recipes for the menu: Fior di latte gelato, Vanilla ginger lemongrass Sorbet, Salty tomato flavored Sorbet, Pistachio Gelato, Rum & raisin flavor. He also reminds some notes that people easily face that can affect the quality of the batch of gelato.
