MultiFresh is the first and only machine in the world that can run operating cycles with temperatures of +85°C to -40°C. By pressing a button you can blast chill, shock freeze, proof, thaw, regenerate, pasteurize and cook at low temperature.

The advantages of product:
- Sanigen®: The Irinox patented sanification system, sanitizes every part of the chamber, including the areas that are difficult to access for cleaning (e.g. the evaporator, etc.)
- MultiSensor®: The MultiFresh® blast chiller is supplied with a MultiSensor® 3 point probe for perfect temperature control
- Defrost: MultiFresh® does not defrost automatically because it is constantly able to remove all the heat from the chamber. This prevents the formation of ice on the evaporator.
- Fan Speed Control: With MultiFresh® it's possible to manage manually 5 different fan speeds. In this way we do not dry the products and maintain their natural humidity.
- Refrigerant Gas: The refrigerating equipment of MultiFresh uses R452A refrigerant gas. This ecological gas is employed on latest generation refrigeration equipment, is highly efficient and does not contribute to the greenhouse effect caused by depletion of the ozone layer.
- HACCP: HACCP (Hazard-Analysis and Control of Critical Points) is the protocol that regulates and prevents food contamination. It establishes and implements the monitoring of the Critical Control Points in order to reduce and prevent identified hazards.
- FreshCloud®: FreshCloud is the IoT technology that allows you to remotely interact with IRINOX equipment at any time.

- STANDARD VERSION: BLAST CHILLING & SHOCK FREEZING CYCLES +SANIGEN®: from any temperature, including boiling, to 3/-18°C at the core. It rapidly goes through the heat range 90°C to 70°C, fundamental for quality, and 40°C to 10°C to limit bacterial proliferation. Freezes to -18°C which ensures the formation of microcrystals that do not damage structure.
