18 L fryer. On neutral element – casing, bowls, lids, baskets and resistances in stainless steel AISI 304 – basket handles and knobs in insulating material – safety thermostat with reset button – equipped with a large basket – drain valve and oil collecting basin with stainless steel filter and nozzle – tilting heating elements – protection nets in the bowl. The model SFM18D has two bowls with double thermostat for independent use. It reaches 190C° in about 6 minutes, frying time in about 5 minutes.
