• Working cycles times 60/90/120 sec, three washing cycles. Washing capacity up to 60 baskets or 1080 dishes per hour.
• Boiler with rinse pump to heat up incoming water to minimum temperature of 82'C for sanitizing rinse.
• Constant rinse temperature and pressure regardless inlet water conditions.Diamond-shaped ceiling guides water with detergent to drip along the side panels during the rinse phase instead of on the wares for a good rinsing result
• Electronic control in frontal with advanced programming, self-diagnostics.
• Digital display keeps operator informed the machine status and real time wash and rinse temperatures
• Washing cycle may be interrupted anytime by lifting the hood.
• Few seconds (variable) pause after washing and before rinsing ensures that no drops of unclean water will fall on the clean items.
